At We Give LA/NorCal, we believe in rewarding commitment, growth, and resilience. Our Rewards and Next Steps Program is designed to support foster youth as they complete our structured pathway of mentorship, training, and real-world work experience — and launch into their future with purpose and confidence.

🌟 Rewards for Program Graduates
Foster youth who complete the full We Give LA/NorCal pathway (vocational training, grief recovery, and paid internship) are eligible for one of the following career-boosting rewards:

🎓 Scholarships
Funding for trade schools, certificate programs, or college tuition to help youth continue their education in a field they’re passionate about.

💼 Apprenticeships
Extended job placement opportunities with local businesses or community partners, offering further training, mentorship, and consistent income.

🚀 Business Investment Grants
Seed funding for youth who have completed the Entrepreneurship Track and are ready to launch their own small business, side hustle, or creative venture.

🔄 Next Steps: Ongoing Support
Graduating the program isn’t the end — it’s the beginning of a lasting relationship. We continue to offer:
