Our Monster Musubi Food Booth is more than a place to grab a delicious bite. It’s a hands-on culinary and entrepreneurship program designed to give foster youth real-world experience they can take with them into adulthood. Through Monster Musubi, youth learn what it takes to run a food business—from food preparation and customer service to teamwork, communication, money management, problem-solving and entrepreneurship. Now, we need your help to keep the program growing.

Our culinary program gives foster youth an opportunity to move beyond the classroom and into the real world.
Monster Musubi is our flagship hands-on training program, where youth get to experience what it's really like to operate a food business at major community events.

To make Monster Musubi successful, we need more than ingredients.
We’re raising funds to support our 2026 culinary program and two remaining Monster Musubi events, including:

Spam, rice, sauces, seasonings and other food supplies.
🍳 Equipment
New and upgraded equipment that allows our youth and volunteers to prepare food more efficiently and safely.
📦 Booth & Operating Supplies
Packaging, serving supplies, storage, transportation and other necessities required to operate a professional food booth.
💵 Youth Stipends
We believe young people deserve to be compensated for the valuable work they perform. Donations help us provide stipends to the foster youth who work at our events.
🚀 Entrepreneurship Training
Resources that allow us to turn each event into a real-world business classroom where youth can put their entrepreneurial skills into action.
